How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Go to your account settings, find Pookey under subscriptions, and select "Cancel Subscription."
Why didn't my progress sync?
Make sure you're signed in to the same account on all devices. Check your internet connection and try pulling down to refresh on the main screen. If issues persist, submit a ticket.
How do I restore my purchase?
Go to Settings in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Make sure you're using the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the original purchase.
The audio isn't working
Check that your device isn't on silent mode and that the volume is turned up. Also ensure Pookey has permission to play audio in your device settings.
